1. About us and these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of yourmanualexpert.com (the "Store") and every purchase you make from it. The Store is operated by Sebastian Kłosiński, conducting business as Your Manual Expert (details above). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. What we sell

The Store sells digital workshop, service and repair manuals for cars, motorcycles, and other vehicles, delivered as downloadable files. Each product page describes the vehicle coverage, model years, file format, language, and approximate page count. Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, and logos are used solely to identify the vehicles a given manual covers. Your Manual Expert is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we never store your full card details. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed, at which point delivery takes place as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. License and permitted use

When you purchase a manual you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and print it for your own repair and maintenance purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, upload, or otherwise make the files available to third parties, whether for free or for payment.

5. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions accurate and complete. If a manual does not match its description, your remedies are set out in our Refund Policy. Specifications and coverage may vary by vehicle market and production date; if in doubt, contact us before ordering and we will confirm coverage for your exact vehicle.

6. Safety disclaimer

Manuals sold on the Store are technical reference documents. Vehicle repair involves risk. You are responsible for having the skills, tools, and safety equipment appropriate to any work you undertake, and for complying with local laws and regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to property, vehicles, or persons resulting from work performed using information contained in a manual.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your non-waivable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Canadian consumer protection legislation, US state law, or EU consumer law.

8. Complaints and contact

Questions and complaints can be sent to support@yourmanualexpert.com or by post to the registered address above. We respond within 1 business day. EU consumers may also contact their local consumer protection authority or, in Poland, the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
